Our Story
Tejiendo Futuros
In the heart of Panajachel, Sololá, Guatemala, Tejiendo Futuros was born in 2018— a local organization with a clear vision: to transform lives through education, well-being, and community.
Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of our people and the resilience of its families, we embarked on this journey with the conviction that every child deserves to grow up in a safe environment, surrounded by opportunities to reach their full potential. We knew that education does not happen only in classrooms but also within homes and communities. That is why we decided to weave an integral model that embraces not only children but also their families, promoting empowerment, social justice, and sustainability.
Over time, our work has expanded, but our essence remains unchanged: we believe in the power of every child as an agent of change. With each story we transform, each family we strengthen, and each community we empower, we continue weaving a more just, equitable, and hopeful future for new generations.
Today, Tejiendo Futuros is more than an organization. It is a movement, a network of dreams, efforts, and committed hearts working to build a world where childhood flourishes with dignity, love, and opportunities.

The true strength of Tejiendo Futuros lies in its team: a multidisciplinary, multicultural, and deeply committed group dedicated to social transformation. More than professionals, we are agents of change—passionate individuals who combine their talents, experiences, and knowledge to create innovative solutions to the challenges our communities face.
Our diversity is our greatest asset. By bringing together different perspectives and disciplines under a shared vision, we weave ideas, strategies, and actions that generate real and sustainable impact.
